Blue Water Ramble proceeds (after operating expenses) go to cycling causes.
In 2020, we did not have a BWR due to the global pandemic, but we did have many participants convert their registrations into donations to our causes as they believed in them.
As of 2020, Clinton River Riders have given over $150,151 to cycling causes over the years.
2020 Supported Causes:
PEAC: Programs To Educate All Cyclists - Tandem program and Education program: PEAC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Ypsilanti, Michigan and our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities through cycling, active transportation, and self-advocacy education. Macomb Orchard Trail: This hike and bike path is a 24-mile linear park that starts at 24 Mile Road and Dequindre in Shelby Township and travels northeast to the City of Richmond. This trail will link to 180 miles of trails in southeast Michigan.
